If you are still feeling unhappy as to who is the captain chosen by vlee now..
You should think again.
Do you think that only the captain will control you?
Didn't you think that the vice-captain can also help the captain and indirectly, the vice-captain is also the one who makes the decision for you?
Yesterday's training was the FIRST training we had after AGM and after the chosen people had known what roles they play in the volleyball team.
And yet, we already encountered a big and difficult problem to solve- internal problem.
If we could not solve our own internal problems, how are we, when not united in decisions, to stand tall and face external problems posed by maybe, outsiders or even by other schools?
Even if you do not quite like the current captain, can't you give her time to change her ways?
About bonding.
Why must you all think that bonding always refer to meeting up with each other?
Yes it is.
But when meeting up, some will talk about other things and others will just do their own things, not caring about each other.
If that's the case, what's the use of meeting up when each do separate things?
Even if we want to meet up, why don't we do what we did yesterday, which is sitting in a circle and each saying their opinions, mostly about volleyball.
Actually, to me, bonding comes by its own self.
You can't force bonding.
Bonding is when no matter what problems we face, we will stand together, united as a team, and face the problems together.
Just like what was said during AGM, when a team mate is being beaten up by others, you cannot possibly just stand there and just watch, not even helping your friend who is being beaten up?
If we have team bond and.. sisterly love, we would help the friend even when we know that we might also get beaten up.
All for one, one for all.
United we stand, divided we fall.
We cannot divide and each person do their own stuff.
It is not 'a' that counts, it is 'we' that counts most.
We are not just own individuals, we are a team, supposingly should be bonded by.. sisterly love.
To have that, we must solve internal problems; everyone must play their parts.
Before telling another team mate that she must change her ways, you must first, change your own ways.
You might not even know that when you hate a person, a lot more people will hate you.
Remember that.
About the choice of captains, wasn't it mentioned during AGM that the captain now will not be the captain forever?
Didn't vlee say that the position of captain will rotate everytime?
So why worry?
If you are still unhappy about the choice of captain, why don't you go and tell vlee that you are unhappy about it?
Didn't he say that he chose the captain based on certain criterias?
So he has made his decision, and we must make ours.
Decide well.
Make a wise decision.
And do not ever bear grudges on other people.
For it is hurting to yourself.
Learn to let go, and you'll feel much better than before.
Reconsider your choice.
