Have been having coughs and blocked nose and flu since Monday but got worse on Wednesday because of all those emo things.. Have to control myself.

I've been thinking a lot about what coach said(part of it) on Wednesday.. I've been doing that for thousand times.. That's why I should control myself.. I always vent my anger on innocent people.. I feel so guilty.. Ever since that day, somehow I managed to be 'high'.. But Miss Yeo went.. Am I going to be 'up' or 'down'? Time will tell.
